My Nighttime Skincare Routine | Fall Edition

Hello Beauties!! I’m back today with My Nighttime Skincare Routine! Whenever the seasons change I always like to switch up my makeup routine but most importantly my skincare routine. So since fall is approaching I thought it’s the perfect time for an updated Nighttime Skincare Routine. If you want to see my first nighttime skincare routine you can go check it out at IMG_0515

My first step in my nighttime skincare routine is removing all my makeup. The quickest thing to use is a facial wipe. At the moment I’ve been loving the Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes. The biggest problem I find with facial wipes is that they’re not hydrating enough, but these Simple wipes are definitely hydrating. The perfect balance!! IMG_0509

My next step is to cleanse my face but even before that I wash my hands. This is the most important step because you don’t want to put all that dirt and bacteria on your face from the day. Once I’ve washed my hands, I go in with my Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser. This face wash works double,as a makeup remover and cleanser in one.

I’m not a huge fan of the whole setting spray craze but I’ve finally found one thats growing on me! The Urban Decay B6 Complexion Prep Spray (which has a long name) is that one thing I was missing in my skincare routine. I’ve noticed a dramatic difference in my skin since I’ve been using this. It helps minamize any breakouts that I have and it especially helps with my discoloration on my face.

While the B6 spray is setting into my skin I try and take the time to focus on my lips. To add a touch of moisture I love using an EOS Lip Balm. About once a week or so I like to use the Lush Mint Julips Lip Scrub. It gets rid of all the dead skin on your lips which might sound gross but trust me it’s a life saver.

Since fall is rapidly approaching my skin tends to lean more on the dryer side so I have to keep it moisturized. A gel formula is the best for fall time because it feels cooling on the skin. My favorite is the Simple Ultra Light Gel Moisturizer. The best part is that it’s drugstore so it’s not crazy expensive.

My last step is to hydrate my under eye area. All the way through August and into September I’ve been using the Garnier Skin Renew Eye Roller. I find that since I’ve been using this eye roller my under eye concealer has been going on a lot smoother. My Everyday Makeup Routine | Fall Edition

Hello Beauties!! It’s been way to long since I’ve uploaded a blog post but I have had quite a few technical problems. But don’t worry because I’m getting the iPhone 6 next week so blog posts will be back to normal soon!! Now lets get into My Everyday Makeup Routine Fall Edition.

My number one essential in the morning is primer. At the moment I have been loving the L’oreal Youth Code Pore Vanisher. At the end of the day your makeup will still look amazing!! Perfect if your a teenager and have a busy life like me. Best part is that you won’t spend a fortune for a great product.

After your primer has set into your skin, you can either go in with a foundation or CC cream. Over the past month or so I’ve been loving the Lorac CC Cream. Especially paired with a damp beauty blender. On your skin it leaves a gorgeous dewy finish but everything still looks natural. Perfect for fall time!!

If I have a couple breakouts or some redness on my face then I’ll use the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind:Medium. I know it’s for the under eyes but that doesn’t mean anything! You can use it however you want. The best thing about this concealer is that you can build up the coverage depending on what you like. Personally I like to keep it natural but if your going on a night out you can add a little more coverage. IMG_0284

To set all of my face makeup I use the MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural: Medium Plus. After you add this powder you face will look flawless but still natural for that everyday look. IMG_0272

One of my favorite things about fall is being able to wear this blush. Does that sound crazy… but it’s true!! The Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush: Mood Exposure gives your cheeks a perfect flush of color while not being to BAM in your face. Gorgeous for medium to tan skin tones.

IMG_0292On an everyday basis I don’t go to crazy with my eyeshadow so the Maybelline The Nudes Palette has been getting a lot of use lately. I love to put a medium brown color through my crease to add a little definition and then a matte cream color in the inner color. If you want to go a little darker you can use the matte black as an eyeliner. IMG_0274

Another essential of mine is curling your lashes and applying mascara. The Maybelline The Rocket Mascara gives your lashes natural volume and super black. The only thing about this mascara is that the brush is on the bigger side and sometimes it makes a couple marks on your eyelids but after you use it for a while you get the hang of it.

One of the most important elements in your makeup routine is your brows. Recently I’ve started using a colored brow wax with an angled brush and love it. It’s the Elf Eyebrow Kit: Medium. Since I don’t need to fill in my eyebrows to much it works perfectly for me. IMG_0288My last step in my makeup routine is lips. A jumbo lip crayon is the perfect on the go lip product for teenagers. At the moment I’ve been loving the Neutrogena Moisture Smooth Color Stick: Juicy Peach. It might seem like a weird color but trust me you’ll love it. I hope you beauties enjoyed this post and I’m so excited to be back!!
